By submitting or editing an event on RevUnion, you agree that:

You are responsible for the accuracy of the event details you provide, including dates, times, locations, routes, costs, organiser details, and any special requirements.

RevUnion is a community listing platform only. Unless clearly stated otherwise, RevUnion is not the organiser, host, ride leader, supervisor, insurer, safety officer, or promoter of submitted events.

You are responsible for the planning, safety, legality, communication, and management of your event, including any required permissions, bookings, insurance, approvals, or compliance with road rules, venue rules, and applicable laws.

You acknowledge that events, including motorcycle rides and social meetups, may involve risks such as injury, death, vehicle damage, property loss, weather changes, road hazards, traffic incidents, and the actions of other participants or third parties.

All participants attend and take part at their own risk. Participants are responsible for their own licence, vehicle, safety gear, behaviour, riding or driving ability, and decision to attend or continue with an event.

RevUnion may approve, edit, reject, hide, or remove any event listing at its discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and indemnify RevUnion, its owners, administrators, moderators, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or liabilities arising from or connected with your event submission or the event itself.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.
